Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a crew lead or shift lead at a restaurant
• High School diploma or GED
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Outstanding leadership and management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.
• Knowledge about food health and safety regulations.
• Experience using a restaurant Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Desired

• Foodservice management professional (FMP) accreditation.
• CPR Certification

Job Description:

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of fast casual restaurant.
• Instills a friendly and respectful work environment.
• Trains food service employees.
• Coaches team and leads by example.
• Helps expedite service during busy periods by assisting team.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and resolves any issues.
• Ensures customers are served quality food in a timely manner.
• Takes inventory of food supplies and other items
